Vehicles in stock are owned by Qualitex Trading and being listed as one-price.. Qualitex Trading is committed to quality and competitive price of each unit in its stock.. Therefore, negotiation on price can only be possible if bulk-purchase is being planned.
Qualitex trading vehicle inspection sheet is compatible with Japanese used car auctions. It shows scratches, dents, dimples and replacements as per Japanese auto auction rules.
Only non-sold vehicles are listed in stock-list. Once payment is received, the vehicle automatically goes out of list. A vehicle can be reserved only by one client. In case of non-payment within the set period of time, the reserved vehicles will be auto canceled.
Qualitex has ePointCard (electronic point calculator) for its clients. Each purchase will add whereas each reservation of vehicle, followed by non-payment, and cancellation subtract points. As a result, membership and credibility of client can be at stake. (see details)
Certain level of point attainment bring line of gifts and conversion of Gold and Platinum membership. (see details)
Penalty charges of 30,000 yen (or equivalent US dollars) from the received payment will be subtracted if purchased-vehicle is canceled.
All prices for vehicle in stock are of CF. The CF price comprises Vehicle Price, In-land transportation within Japan and Freight. Qualitex charges no storage for own yards. Qualitex ships the vehicle to the nearest port only. Qualitex does not provide transportation to the place of destination if there is no affiliate operating in that area.
Insurance is provided on demand. Therefore, insurance charges will be borne by client in addition to CF price. Qualitex will not be responsible whatsoever if insurance is not chosen by client deliberately.
The client can claim if purchased vehicle's inspection sheet or car data entered incorrect. Therefore, nominal inspection signs (like scratch or dent or simple) are not included.
The direct buying option from Qualitex stock can only be availed if advance payment is sent prior to any purchase or after the registration. This gives power to client to buy multiple vehicles and get invoices automatically.
Shipment of purchased vehicle is not possible before full payment. Copy of Original B/L can only be provided after full receipt of payment. The Gold and Platinum members can pay 50% after the purchase and rest of the amount before the shipment.
No credit line is available by Qualitex trading. Business partnership and affiliation are under different trading rules and need thorough negotiations with the top management.

L/C facility is available through our trusted banks if client offers a big volume of trade.
All payment must be made to the account details available on our website. Qualitex shall not be responsible if bill payments will be sent to the bank not listing on our website.

Our system generates invoices which can also be seen through our control panel for clients.
Upon purchase 50% payment needs to be made within three days and rest of the amount must be paid before shipment.

Platinum Members:Platinum members are regular client with over 100 vehicles purchase a month or high point gainers. The payment and trading terms are negotiable with them.
